The home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, Gulf views, two beachfront decks and an open dining and living area. The living room has two large sectional couches, a recliner and a smart TV. The second-floor primary suite has a private balcony.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove. A washer/dryer, stereo with CD player, ironing board, heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and an outdoor grill are available. Outside are covered parking and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
The sand and surf are steps away. Sea Isle neighborhood amenities include a public beach, seasonal community pool, bait shop, playground, tennis courts, convenience store, restaurant and bar. Access to the shared outdoor Sea Isle Pool requires passes obtained by calling Sea Isle HOA. The pool opens from Memorial Day through Labor Day; ten passes cost $100.
