The villa has 153 sqm of living space on a 10,500 sqm plot. Four king bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning and TV. Two bedrooms open to the pool; two open to a terrace. One terrace-access bedroom connects by wooden stairs to a loft with a sofa bed. The living area has TV, air-conditioning, pool access and sea views. The open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine and toaster. Outdoors are sun loungers, lounge and dining areas, a gas barbecue, shower and garden. Additional equipment includes central heating, smart and flat-screen TVs, a sound system, a clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, storage, mosquito nets, sound-proofing, hairdryers in every bedroom, bath amenities, bath and pool towels, a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. The property is gated. A baby cot is available upon request. Included services are a welcome drink, a bottle of wine and local delicacies on arrival, daily breakfast, daily housekeeping for 1–2 hours, twice-weekly changes of linen, bath towels and pool towels, daily pool freshening, luggage assistance, dedicated concierge, personal check-in and ongoing support.
