House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 23 years are not accepted. A cot/crib is available for €15 per booking. Bed linen costs €10 per person and towels cost €10 per person. Final cleaning costs €90 per booking. Arrival outside the stated office hours is available. A refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is collected by credit-card hold and paid on arrival.
