An upstairs playroom has a 75-inch TV and shuffleboard. The bedroom inventory includes four twin beds in Bedroom 1, one king bed each in Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4, and one double bed plus two twin beds in Bedroom 5. The kitchen includes Subzero/Wolf appliances, a glass-door refrigerator, a 36-inch gas range and a full-size double oven. There is an indoor gas fireplace and an outdoor gas fireplace with seating and a 65-inch screen. A lakeside firepit seats six to eight people, and a paddleboard is available for guests. A BBQ grill is also provided. The home has central air conditioning, Toto electric Washlets in two bathrooms and a 26 kW generator. A washer and dryer are available in a common space. Towels, bed linens, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. Electric-vehicle charging is available through a 240 V plug and an adapter intended to fit most electric vehicles.
