Two bedrooms are on the main floor: one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and the other has two double/full beds and one twin/single bed. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and standard closets; bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 have streaming televisions. The main-floor full bathroom has a shower; the upstairs full bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
The fenced backyard has an outdoor heated saltwater pool, loungers, patio furniture, a gas grill and a wood-burning fire pit. A renovated screened porch has electric overhead heaters. Four bicycles, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, a cooler and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower are available.
