Sliding doors connect the interior with the outdoor entertaining areas. Two bedrooms are on the main floor: one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and the other has two double/full beds and one twin/single bed. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and standard closets; bedrooms 1, 2 and 4 have streaming televisions. The main-floor full bathroom has a shower; the upstairs full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The fenced backyard has an outdoor heated saltwater pool, loungers, patio furniture, a gas grill and a wood-burning fire pit. A renovated screened porch has electric overhead heaters. Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during one stay, require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $65.00 per night of the reservation. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included; additional cleanings may be requested at the guest’s expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If a cancellation is successfully rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement.
