When can I check in?
Check-in is available from 15:00. Arrival later than that is possible.
Can I check out later on Sunday?
From September 1 to April 1, guests in the three suites may extend Sunday checkout to 15:00 for €25 per suite, subject to availability.

Free Wi-Fi is available; the code is in the room.
Can I safely store an electric bicycle?
Yes. The hotel has enclosed, covered bicycle storage and charging points for e-bikes.
Where can I park?
There are sufficient parking spaces at the hotel and two electric-car charging points.
Is the hotel accessible by public transport?
From Winterswijk station, take Arriva bus line 73 toward Enschede and get off at Kloetenseweg; the hotel is a four-minute walk from that stop. An OV-fiets rental is also available at the station.
