The house

The second-floor entrance opens into a great room with cathedral ceilings, expansive windows and west-facing mountain views. The living area has a 70-inch TV, gas fireplace, game table and wet bar. The kitchen includes a Wolf gas range and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and cooking essentials. The dining table seats eight, with four additional seats at the island. An upper-level deck, accessible from the great room and primary bedroom, has a gas grill.

The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. Downstairs, two guest bedrooms each have a king bed and private bathroom with a shower. A fourth bedroom has two full beds and access to a shared bathroom with a shower. There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom, with radiant floor heating in the bathrooms.

The lower-level media room has a sectional, TV and pool table and opens onto a furnished patio with a private hot tub and gas firepit. Laundry facilities, a boot dryer, and benches and hooks for wet ski gear are provided. The home has on-site parking, a garage, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided. Sun Valley Ski Resort is roughly six minutes away. Sun Valley and Elkhorn amenities are not included. A Ring doorbell camera is installed, and the home may not be suitable for children under 12.
