What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
How many guests can stay?
The villa accommodates up to 2 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bed. Additional guests may be possible with prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool for guests' exclusive use during the stay. The pool is regularly cleaned and maintained.
What amenities are included?
Key amenities include a pool, kitchen, Wi-Fi, parking and air conditioning.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Are there special house rules?
Events are not allowed, and outside guests are not allowed. Guests are asked to lock valuables in the safety deposit box.
Is Wi-Fi available for remote work?
High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Fiber-optic connections suitable for video calls, streaming and remote work are available at most villas.
