The apartment occupies a ground-floor position in a modern apartment building. Its bright open-plan living area has comfortable seating, a dining area and a smart TV. Two bedrooms offer storage and soft lighting: Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and Bedroom 2 has a double bed. The bathroom facilities include a bathtub and shower.

The equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and utensils. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available, along with central heating, bed linen, towels and a hair dryer. Free Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are included.

Kew has independent coffee shops, boutique stores and a historic cricket green. Kew Gardens Underground station on the District Line is a short walk away, with direct trains to Sloane Square, Victoria and Westminster. Richmond is one stop away, and Heathrow Airport is around 30 minutes by car. The Royal Botanic Gardens offer seasonal events, a treetop walkway and glasshouses.

There are three steps to access the ground-floor apartment. Kew Gardens Underground station is a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is around 30 minutes by car.

No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; contact Veeve to request arrival outside these hours. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. A baby cot and highchair are available for hire. Late checkout is available. Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 14 days before check-in receive no refund.
