The apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator. Its terrace overlooks the sea, and the interior has wooden floors and modern furnishings. An open-plan living, dining and kitchen area includes a sofa, satellite television and a DVD player.

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge and storage cabinets. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds; the bathroom has a shower. A cot and high chair can be prepared for guests travelling with a baby. Two fans and up to five electric radiators are provided. There are no blinds.

The coastal promenade is across the street, with restaurants and bars along the seafront. Son Bauló Beach is 0.1 km away, and the bus stop is 0.09 km away. In summer, buses pass every 15 minutes, serving destinations including Puerto de Alcudia, Puerto de Pollensa and Palma.
