The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The property itself is not fenced. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed. The swimming pool is seasonal and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
Getting there
The villa is about 1.8 km from Montepulciano. Access includes 300 metres of unpaved road. The property has four uncovered parking spaces inside the entrance gate. The house is on a sloping site, and direct outdoor access is possible from the upper floor. The nearest listed beach is Castiglione della Pescaia on the Tyrrhenian Sea, 117 km away.
