The property is 10 km from Ostuni and 5 km from San Michele Salentino. The beaches of the Adriatic coast are within driving distance; Viar Beach Club is 22 km away. Roads are paved until the final 100 m before the entrance gate, and a gravel drive leads to parking.

The property is for lease only. Pets are allowed, with mandatory extra cleaning for animals. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit of 8 are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
