The second-floor apartment is reached on foot. Its living room has a double sofa bed, television and dining table, and opens onto two balconies: one furnished with a table and chairs and another with lake views. A separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave and fridge.
The bedroom has a queen-size double bed, wardrobe and television. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available.
The complex has a shared swimming pool open from 1 May to 30 September; a swimming cap may be required. The garage access ramp is steep. Building renovation works may cause daytime noise and limit access to the car park.
Desenzano train station is approximately 10 minutes away by car, and Verona airport is approximately 30 minutes away.
