## About the house

The house has two terraces, a fixed barbecue, two sun loungers and a parasol. There are two living rooms, one on each floor, both with satellite TV; the ground-floor living room has air conditioning.

Two fully equipped gas kitchens provide cooking facilities, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer and fans are available.

Six bedrooms are arranged over the two floors. A cot and high chair are available. Two bathrooms are on the ground floor, one with a shower and one with a bathtub; the upper-floor bathroom has a shower.

The house is in a quiet residential area by the sea. Bars, restaurants and stand-up paddleboard rental are available in the surrounding area. Ca'n Picafort is a 10-minute drive away, with restaurants, supermarkets and leisure options.
