The house

The house has a rustic interior arranged over two floors. Its double-height living and dining room has a sofa, four armchairs, a Smart TV and a dining area. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine and crockery. A fireplace and fans are also available.

One bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub are on the entrance level. Upstairs are two further twin bedrooms, one double bedroom and a second bathroom with a bathtub. All four bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. A washing machine, towels, hair dryer, cot and high chair are provided.

Outside, there is a porch furnished with armchairs and a sofa, a terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Wi-Fi is free. There is no swimming pool or on-property parking.

Platja Es Morer Vermell is 500 metres away. Alcúdia offers historic town walls, shops, bars and restaurants. The supermarket is 1.9 km away, Palma de Mallorca airport is 62 km away and the Port d'Alcúdia ferry is 6.1 km away.
