## About the house

The villa accommodates up to nine guests in four bedrooms, with three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Level 1 has a bedroom with two twin beds, a bedroom with a double-bottom/twin-top bunk set, a full bathroom, and a garage with ping pong and foosball. Level 2 has two queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; the second ensuite has a standing shower and whirlpool tub. Laundry facilities are also on this level. Level 3 contains the living room, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, and a deck with ocean and lighthouse views.

The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. Outdoor amenities include furniture, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower and five beach chairs. Free long-distance phone calls are included.

Corolla Light community facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, fitness and recreation facilities, tennis and pickleball courts, indoor courts, basketball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, a putting green, a playground and a trolley. Planned activities for teens, children and families are offered in season. Each guest needs a wristband to use community amenities; nine wristbands are provided.

Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Morris Dr. Beach Access is the named beach access. Parking accommodates four vehicles. The Welcome Program supplies a limited arrival starter kit with paper towels, dish soap and a trash bag in an insulated cooler bag, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Guests supply additional paper products, trash bags and soaps for their stay.

The villa is close to beach access and the community pool. Beach access is via Morris Dr. Beach Access. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The home has three levels, with the living room, kitchen and dining room on Level 3. Parking is limited to four vehicles.

No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Each guest must have a wristband to use community amenities; nine wristbands are provided. Check-in and check-out are on Sundays. Guests are responsible for replenishing paper products, trash bags and soaps beyond the arrival starter supplies.
