The house

The studio is situated halfway between the shops and amenities of Bondi Junction and the cafes and sandy shores of Bondi Beach. The combined sleeping and living space has a queen-size bed, built-in robes and a sofa overlooking the rooftops toward the ocean. The bathroom provides soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer.

The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, pots, pans and utensils. Guests can dine indoors or on the private balcony, which has a two-seater table setting and coastal views. The shared rooftop terrace has sun lounges and a raised pool overlooking the ocean.

Facilities include air-conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a TV, workspace, washing machine, dryer, iron and lift access. Free street parking is available 24/7. Beach towels are not provided; bring your own.

Renovation works in another unit are scheduled from 12 October 2026 for approximately eight weeks, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm. Intermittent construction noise may occur, with demolition on 12 October expected to be the most noticeable day.
