## About the house

Bombora Beach House accommodates up to eight guests with four bedrooms and two separate living areas. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedrooms 3 and 4 each offer a king bed or two singles on request.

The home has air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, ceiling fans, heating and a desk. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and dining table. A washer and dryer are available, along with a bathtub, hair dryer and private entrance.

The private, fully fenced backyard has outdoor seating, a BBQ and a fire pit. Guests have access to the onsite shared outdoor resort pool. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street, and a garage is included among the facilities.

Caves Beach, local cafés, restaurants, IGA and Coles are within easy walking distance. One full set of bed linen and one bath towel per person are supplied; bring your own pool, lake and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied in the showers. Children and infants are welcome, and longer stays are allowed. Weekenda manages the property and offers assistance seven days a week.

The home has two storeys. Caves Beach, local cafés, restaurants, IGA and Coles are within easy walking distance.

No parties. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Guest numbers must not exceed the booking without written permission. A refundable $1000 security deposit is due no later than five days before arrival. Every guest must complete and sign electronic registration and provide photo identification before arrival; the primary booker must provide the guest list and guest mobile numbers. Registration documents are deleted after departure. External security cameras may be installed at entry and other external access areas for security and neighbourhood-impact monitoring. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged; concert cancellations, medical emergencies and other travel disruptions do not override the standard refund terms.
