How many guests can stay?
The villa accommodates up to six guests, with three bedrooms and three beds. Additional guests may be possible by prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool exclusively for guest use during the stay, and it is regularly cleaned and maintained.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
What amenities are included?
Key amenities include television, parking, pool, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, garden and kitchen.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancelled or modified more than seven days before arrival, 50% of the booking item amount is charged. If cancelled or modified less than seven days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount is charged. Payment of 100% of the booking item amount is charged.
