A double-height mezzanine overlooks the kitchen, dining area and garden. Stairs lead to the lower ground floor, where the fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and espresso machine. The dining table seats eight. Glass doors open onto a private garden with an outdoor sofa, chairs and coffee table. This level also has a separate WC and a utility room with a washing machine and fast-drying racks. Bedroom 4, beyond the utility room, has a single sofa bed, desk and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 1 is on the first floor, with a super king bed, storage, vanity mirror and en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, WC, bathtub and large walk-in shower.
