The house

The 105 sqm apartment is on the third floor, accessible by lift. The living and dining room has original wood flooring, a jute rug, a linen sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table, with sculptures, plants and artwork. The dining table seats six.

The separate kitchen has red cabinetry, timber countertops and a breakfast table. Equipment includes an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware.

The first two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. The first also has a television and bookshelf; the second has a full-height window. The third bedroom has a large desk and bookshelf and is suitable for one sleeper. The bathroom has a large window, a bath with an overhead rainfall shower, a toilet and wash basin.

Free wireless internet, central heating, television and a smart TV are available. A washing machine and tumble dryer are in a separate laundry room. Towels, bed linen, pillows, soap, toilet paper, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, hangers and cleaning products are provided. Canal walks are to the west and a park is to the east.
