House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an €80 surcharge applies to cover extra domestic-service costs, including water, electricity and gas, in case of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team upon arrival.
Getting there
The apartment is on the eighth floor, with a lift in the building.
