The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, a surcharge of 80€ applies to domestic services such as water, electricity and gas in case of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not charged when reserving, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in.
