House rules
Pets must remain strictly outside. Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; contact management if that count changes. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Long-term stays are allowed.
Getting there
The beaches of North Lorne are no more than 100 m away. Shops are a flat 900 m walk away. The home is arranged across two storeys, with bedrooms on the lower level and the main living area upstairs. Parking accommodates two cars.
