The furnished home has an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opening onto an enclosed deck with outdoor dining and a BBQ. The entry-level master bedroom has an ensuite with a deep bath beside a large window. Two further bedrooms, the main bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and laundry are reached by stairs. A second living area has a TV, sofa bed, private deck and street access. Linen is provided. Facilities include heating, an indoor fireplace, dishwasher, dryer, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, DVD player, iPod dock and smoke detector. The Saeco semi-automatic coffee machine uses beans, not pods. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Long-term stays are allowed.

Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use and only for the guests named on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Pets are permitted only where ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised; otherwise pets are prohibited. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
