The house

The studio occupies a granny flat shared with another apartment. Its open-plan interior features exposed brick, colourful artwork, patterned rugs and a dining nook. The compact kitchenette has a stovetop, mini fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, and the private balcony has outdoor seating and leafy plants.

The sleeping area has one queen bed with fresh linens, hangers beneath overhead cabinets and a TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, compact vanity and complimentary toiletries. Central air conditioning, heating and a ceiling fan provide year-round comfort. Wi-Fi is available.

A free washer and dryer are shared within the building. Access is via the rear laneway, and there is no on-site parking. Petersham Station is a two-minute walk away; local dining and Petersham Park offer nearby outings. Potential noise may occur during stays. Contact the host before booking to discuss pet suitability.
