House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. Pets are strictly prohibited. Linen is not provided; hire is available. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and limited to the guests on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
The house has two storeys, with the main living area upstairs. Beaches, the Anglesea River, bushland, national parks, bike tracks, walking and running paths, and a golf course are nearby. Parking is limited to two car spaces.
