House rules
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire stay. No pets, fireworks or smoking in the property are allowed. Keep windows and doors closed to help keep insects outside; bug spray is available underneath the sink. Swim at your own risk, monitor children, keep glass out of the pool area and keep gates shut at all times. Pets must not enter the pool; a $500 fine applies for violating this rule.
Getting there
Showers are covered but outdoors; heaters are offered in winter. The swimming pool is unsupervised.
