House rules
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire stay. No pets are allowed. No smoking in the property. Swim at your own risk: there is no lifeguard. Monitor children, keep gates shut at all times and keep glass out of the pool area. Pets must not enter the pool; a $500 fine applies for violation. Keep windows and doors closed to help keep insects outside; bug spray is available underneath the sink.
Getting there
Showers are covered but outdoors; heaters are offered in winter. The resort is in the Texas Hill Country near Fredericksburg, between the Texas Wine Trail and Enchanted Rock.
