House rules
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present throughout the stay. No pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the property. Swim at your own risk: there is no lifeguard. Monitor children, keep gates shut and keep glass out of the pool area. Pets must not enter the pool; a $500 fine applies for a violation. Keep windows and doors closed to help keep insects outside; bug spray is available underneath the sink.
Getting there
The resort lies between the Texas Wine Trail and Enchanted Rock, 14 miles from Fredericksburg's wineries, restaurants and shops. Showers are covered but outdoors; heaters are offered in winter.
