House rules
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire stay. No pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the property. Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty. Supervise children, keep glass out of the pool area and keep gates shut at all times. Pets must not enter the pool; a $500 fine applies for violations. Keep windows and doors closed to help prevent insects from entering; bug spray is available underneath the sink.
Getting there
Showers are covered but outdoors; heaters are offered in winter. Fredericksburg's wineries, restaurants and shops are within 14 miles. The Texas Wine Trail and Enchanted Rock hiking paths are nearby.
