The home accommodates up to 12 guests with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and additional sleeping space in the den. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, work desk and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed; Bedroom 3 has a queen and a twin bed. Bedroom 4 now has two twin beds, replacing the earlier bunk arrangement, and may differ from the photos. The lower-level den has a twin bed and queen sleeper sofa. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided, with additional linens available for extra sleeping arrangements.

The upstairs living area has a fireplace and seating, while the lower-level lounge provides a separate space to relax. The equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven and stove, with island barstool seating and a dining table for six. A private hot tub sits on the patio, and the upper balcony has a BBQ and mountain views. Air conditioning, heating, TVs, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and free driveway parking are available. A crib is also included among the amenities.

Deer Valley East Ski Lift and Jordanelle Express Gondola are a few minutes away. Nearby Jordanelle Reservoir offers boating, fishing and lakeside picnics.
