House rules
The home sleeps 10 guests total, with a maximum of 8 adults. Both levels are included in the booking and are not rented separately. No pets are permitted and smoking is not allowed. Paddles and pickleballs are provided upon request only. A cleaning fee is included. Kayak rental requires a signed waiver.
Getting there
The villa is on Grand Cayman’s central south coast in East End. It has private beachfront access, backyard snorkeling and a private dock. Fenced pickleball courts are across the street, with guest access from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. The page states that the next-door beach is available for use. Kayaks pictured are not included and require discounted pre-arrival rental and a signed waiver.
