Blue Serenity includes three upper-level bedroom suites and a lower-level apartment suite; both levels are included in the booking and are not rented separately. The three upper-level bedrooms each have a king bed, ocean views, a walk-out sun porch and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower. The lower-level apartment suite has a private entrance, king bed, kitchenette, living area, bathroom using a hall bathroom with shower, and a screened breakfast nook with pool-deck access. A queen sleeper sofa in the apartment suite is suitable for two children. The home sleeps 10 guests total, with a maximum of 8 adults. The upper level has a 60-foot enclosed sunroom with oceanfront windows, a formal dining table and two sitting areas. The open-concept family room connects the kitchen and living area. The fully equipped kitchen has modern stainless-steel appliances, an island with breakfast-bar seating for four, dishes, cookware, glassware and cutlery. Outdoor areas include a new pool deck, multi-level decks, alfresco dining and lounge decks, sun loungers, outdoor seating, an outdoor shower and a pergola. The pool has a Baja shelf with submerged loungers. Fenced pickleball courts are across the street; court access is offered daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with paddles and pickleballs available upon request. Kayaks pictured are not included; kayaks may be rented at a discount before arrival with a signed waiver. A cleaning fee is included for enhanced cleaning, sanitation and inspection protocols.
