## About the house

The villa accommodates six guests within the private Mare Blu Village. A private garden surrounds the home, and the sea-view veranda includes a barbecue. Village facilities available for an entrance fee include a shared swimming pool, tennis court, five-a-side football court and amphitheatre.

The living room has a TV, dining table and double sofa bed for two people. A separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. One bedroom has a queen-size double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower; the other has two single beds. There is a second bathroom with a shower, a laundry room and an outdoor shower. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are provided.

Mare Blu Village in Villanova offers direct access to the sea. Ostuni's historic centre is a few kilometres away. Nearby regional destinations include Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino and Alberobello, known for its UNESCO-listed trulli. Brindisi airport is 30 minutes away and Bari airport is 60 minutes away.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
