## About the house

Blue Sea Villa Maestrale accommodates six guests in two bedrooms and a living room with a double sofa bed. One bedroom has a queen-size double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower; the other has two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower, a laundry room and an outdoor shower.

The living room has a television and dining table, with a separate fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are provided. Outside, the villa has a private garden, veranda and barbecue.

Guests can use the village's shared swimming pool, tennis court, five-a-side football court and amphitheatre upon payment of an entrance fee. Villaggio Mare Blu in Villanova offers direct access to the sea. Ostuni's historic centre is a few kilometres away. The nearest airports are Brindisi, 30 minutes away, and Bari, 60 minutes away.

The villa is a few steps from the sea, and Villaggio Mare Blu in Villanova offers direct sea access. Ostuni's historic centre is a few kilometres away. Brindisi Airport is 30 minutes away and Bari Airport is 60 minutes away.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40.
