## About the house

Blue Sea Villa Levante accommodates six guests and has a garden, veranda and barbecue. The living room has a TV, dining table and double sofa bed. A separate fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and fridge.

One bedroom has a queen-size double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower; the other has two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower, a laundry room and an outdoor shower. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and hairdryer are provided.

Guests can access the village's shared swimming pool, tennis court, five-a-side football court and amphitheatre upon payment of an entrance fee. The village offers direct access to the sea. Ostuni's historic centre is a few kilometres away; the nearest airports are Brindisi, 30 minutes away, and Bari, 60 minutes away.

Mare Blu 2 Village offers direct access to the sea on the Ostuni coast. Ostuni's historic centre is a few kilometres away. Brindisi Airport is 30 minutes away and Bari Airport is 60 minutes away.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the local team for information if travelling with pets. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrival ends at 20:00; late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be requested on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations.
