The house

This 1,083-square-foot condo has an open-plan living area with picture windows, a gas fireplace, a full-size sleeper sectional and a 50-inch TV. A private balcony/deck offers mountain views and outdoor seating.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, gas range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and cookware. The dining table seats four. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower; the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer/dryer, heating and ceiling fans. There is no air-conditioning. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and room-darkening shades are provided. A sound system and cable/satellite television are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Baby safety gear and a playground/play area are available.

The condo has a private entrance and self check-in. A local Silverthorne team provides support during the stay. Downtown Silverthorne is minutes away, and the Blue River is steps from the door.
