The house

The 5,600-square-foot villa accommodates up to 14 guests and has five king bedrooms and five bathrooms. Each bedroom has central air conditioning and access to one of the home's bathrooms.

Living spaces feature vaulted ceilings, tropical hardwoods, marble and granite countertops, ample seating and a formal dining area. The professional chef's kitchen includes kitchen basics and an ice machine. A media room has a 10-foot retractable movie screen, and two full-size washers and dryers are available.

Outdoor spaces include a heated pool, spa, barbecue grill and broad patio. An upstairs wraparound balcony provides 270-degree volcano and golf-course views. Beach towels, beach chairs, four sets of snorkel gear and four boogie boards are provided; beach equipment rentals are also available for an additional charge.

The home has a private gated entrance, a three-car garage and parking for five additional vehicles. Hapuna Beach is about a 10-minute drive away, while grocery stores and The Shops at Mauna Lani are about two minutes away by car. Keahole-Kona Airport (KOA) is approximately 20 minutes away.
