## About the house

The furnished home has decks off each floor, a roof-level sun/moon deck and an oceanfront screened dining porch. Level 3 contains the great room, kitchen and dining area with seating for 10, plus an open deck. The kitchen includes a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.

Level 2 has four ensuite bedrooms: a king with a standing shower and deck access; a queen with a standing shower, whirlpool tub and deck access; a queen with a standing shower; and a twin bedroom with two beds and a shower/tub combination. The double bedroom on Level 3 has a semi-private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. An additional outdoor half bathroom and outdoor shower are on Level 1, alongside an under-house play space with a large round picnic table.

A hot tub overlooks the Atlantic from the Level 2 deck, which also has a gas grill and access to the private outdoor pool. The 15-by-28-foot gated pool has optional heating, a large landscaped pool deck and a sitting wall with mood lighting. Community amenities include tennis courts, pickleball courts and beach access.

Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs are provided. Entertainment includes a home theater system, multiple TVs/DVDs, cable TV and streaming TV. The home has municipal water and a seasonal gas fireplace. Fireplace availability is January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31 in 2027.

Optional heat costs $400 plus tax per week in 2026 and $425 plus tax per week in 2027.

The home is oceanfront in Ocean Sands – P, Corolla. Community beach access is available. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Living and sleeping areas occupy multiple levels, with a roof-level deck.

No smoking. No pets, including short visits; violations may result in termination of tenancy. Sunday check-in and check-out. Early check-in is offered in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
