House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is six. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, and the reservation holder must remain present throughout the stay. Guests aged 25 or younger must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Full guest names and vehicle license plate numbers must be provided before arrival under Palm Springs requirements. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days, and extensions require the Guest Experience team's assistance. Minimum stays vary by date from two to five nights.
Getting there
Parking accommodates one car in the garage and two in the driveway. Downtown restaurants and bars, Uptown shopping, golf courses and hiking trails are minutes away.
