House rules
Maximum occupancy is six. Groups where all guests are under 25 are not accepted. No smoking is allowed indoors. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Late checkout may be arranged for an extra charge, subject to availability. A baby cot and highchair are available on request. A mid-stay clean is included for stays of 12 days or more. Airport transfers can be arranged on request.
Getting there
Protaras Beach is 200 m away and within walking distance; the main strip, restaurants, bars and shops are also within walking distance. Parking is available inside the property and free on the street. A nearby construction project may cause daytime noise and is currently expected to finish in March 2027.
