Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked.
Is alcohol allowed, and are there corkage charges?
Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits, and there are no corkage charges.
Is loud music allowed?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should respect neighbours and keep the noise mild and within the villa.
Are the roads to the property suitable for driving?
The roads are well-maintained, but the last 1 km is bumpy. A vehicle with good ground clearance is recommended, and guests should check road and weather conditions before travelling.
Who manages the villa?
A caretaker is onsite.
