## About the house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests with three bedrooms, six beds and two bathrooms. Two queen sofabeds in the living areas provide additional sleeping options. Large windows frame the views from the main living room. An adjoining entertainment space has a dart board, arcade game and TV; downstairs there is a pool table and a retro-gaming console with over 5,000 games, including Nintendo and Sega titles. Streaming requires your own account.

The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and there is a dining table for shared meals. Outdoors, a hot tub, a main deck with sectional seating, a gas grill and an alfresco dining table provide space to relax. Two additional balconies have seating, and the enclosed yard offers room for lawn games. Beach access is advertised. The home does not have air-conditioning.

The responsible renter must be at least 25 years old unless unit-specific terms or law require a different minimum, provide proof of age on request and remain at the property throughout the stay. Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation guest count or the maximum of 10. Stays are temporary only; permanent residence is not permitted.

Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law. Emotional support animals require authorization as pets. The property is not guaranteed to be free of pet allergens. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari’s written permission, and additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity, including unlawful internet downloads, are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Adults must supervise minors at all times.

Subject to booking-channel terms, guests may be charged for damage or loss; up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations; up to $500 for additional cleaning, or the actual cost if greater, for rule violations or excessive mess; and official or HOA fines plus related damages. Late departure may incur a fee of up to one night’s rental. Rule violations may result in removal without a refund. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge.

Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for repairs. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. Unit-specific terms override these general terms, and booking-channel terms control in the event of a conflict.
