House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight people, comprising up to six adults and two children; no more than six adults may rent the cottage because of the septic system's capacity. Bring your own linens, towels, toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels.
Getting there
The Lake Erie waterfront is 100 feet from the cottage deck, with five steps down to the lake from the break wall. The entrance is on the waterfront side, reached via the decks with a step up between decks. The cottage is on a private, dead-end laneway. Downtown Dunnville is 15 minutes away. A boat launch is a two-minute drive away, and boat rentals are available in Dunnville.
