Maximum occupancy is six guests. The primary guest must be at least 21 and present for the entire reservation. Smoking, parties, events, and shooting firearms or weaponry are prohibited. Do not tamper with exterior security cameras. Bring your own fire-pit supplies, extinguish flames and coals after every use, and follow county burn bans; burn bans can be checked on the Texas A&M Forest Service website. Keep windows and doors closed to help keep insects outside; bug spray is available underneath the sink. Up to two pets weighing no more than 30 lbs each are permitted for an additional $100 per pet; clean up after them and keep them out of the pool and hot tub area. A $500 fine applies if a pet enters the pool. The outdoor pool and hot tub are used at your own risk, with no lifeguard. Supervise children under 16 at all times. No diving, food, trash, glass, foaming additives, bath balms, or foreign chemicals in the pool and hot tub area. Do not tamper with pool or hot tub equipment. Fees may apply for equipment tampering, food or trash, or glass.
Getting there
Luckenbach is 3.4 miles away; Fredericksburg’s wineries and town attractions are a short drive away. A few owner closets are excluded from guest access. Exterior security cameras are present.
