Blue Bird Cottage offers 1,918 square feet of living space with oversized beams, natural wood finishes and white decor. The living room has seating beside a fireplace. A dining table seats eight, and the equipped kitchen has island seating for three. There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

The main bedroom has a queen bed; two downstairs guest bedrooms each have a double bed. The lofted top-floor den has a king bed and a twin bed. A game room includes an air hockey table, television and large sectional, with a nearby desk for work. A Peloton, books, children's books and a stereo are also available.

Outside are a private hot tub, garden or backyard, patio or balcony and grill, with mountain views and surrounding aspen and pine trees. The home has a private entrance, heating, hot water, a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and free parking for up to three cars. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer, hangers, an iron and ironing board are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Ski-in/ski-out access on Double Cabins depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Ski shuttle service and Dial-A-Ride are available. Long-term stays are allowed.

Parking is limited to three cars. Two guest bedrooms are downstairs, and the den sleeping area is on the lofted top floor.

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear cannot be shipped to the home; shipping to the local office address is available upon request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in and late check-out require text-message authorization from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
