Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Mandatory final cleaning costs 139€ per stay. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
Getting there
The building has no lift. The roof terrace is shared with neighbours, with a separate area and furniture for each apartment. The seafront promenade is lively during summer. Can Picafort Beach is 0.01 km away; Ses Casetes des Capellans Beach is a 10-minute walk. A car is not essential but is strongly recommended for exploring the island. The bus stop at Paseo Colón 63-67 is 0.27 km away, Sa Pobla train station and Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port are each 13 km away, and Son Sant Joan Airport is 57 km away.
