The house

The home offers 2,251 sq. ft. of living space with an open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, large windows, a fireplace and smart TV. An additional upstairs lounge provides a separate place to relax. The dining area overlooks the backyard.

The fully stocked kitchen includes extensive counter space, cabinetry, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and utensils. The private backyard has a lawn, privacy hedges, a pergola-covered patio, BBQ and outdoor dining and seating.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and space for a crib or Pack 'n Play. Each of the three guest bedrooms has a queen bed and blackout drapes. Linens, extra pillows and blankets, a washer and dryer, heating, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, toys and ski storage are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. The home has a private entrance and outdoor lighting.

Nearby beach access is within walking distance. The ocean, shopping and local golf courses are a short drive away. The location near the Canadian border is convenient for trips to Vancouver and British Columbia. Free parking includes garage parking, with street parking also available. Children and long-term stays are welcome; the home is also advertised as suitable for elderly guests. Stays longer than 14 days require a mid-stay clean at additional cost.
